3. Review & Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, GappeBaaz Express will review the claim and the relevant material. Where appropriate and legally required, we may remove, restrict, modify, or otherwise address the disputed content while the matter is reviewed.

Submitting a copyright complaint does not automatically guarantee removal of content. Each complaint will be considered based on the information provided and applicable law.

4. Counter-Notification

If content has been removed or restricted following a copyright complaint and you believe that the action was taken as a result of an error, misidentification, or that you otherwise have a lawful right to use the material, you may contact our Copyright/Grievance Officer with relevant supporting information.

Any counter-notification will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and our editorial and legal procedures.

5. Repeat Infringement

GappeBaaz Express may take appropriate action against users or contributors who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of each case.

6. Third-Party Content

GappeBaaz Express may publish or reference photographs, videos, documents, quotations, social media posts, press materials, and other content originating from third parties as part of legitimate news reporting, commentary, or public-interest journalism.

Where appropriate, we make reasonable efforts to provide attribution and respect applicable intellectual property rights. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used improperly, please contact us with the specific URL and supporting documentation so that the matter can be reviewed.
